When my air conditioning needed repair, I called numerous HVAC companies to have the system checked and receive estimates. Matt from Pinnacle evaluated my system, explained exactly what was not working properly, and then provided a variety of recommendations. It was clear Matt was not trying to take advantage of the situation and that he had my interests in mind. Two days later Pinnacle sent a technician, Daniel, to complete the installation of a new outside air compressor unit and case coil with my existing furnace unit. Daniel was courteous and efficient and explained what he was doing. I am thoroughly happy with the service provided by Pinnacle and will continue to use them for future needs.
